4. ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

5. SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery to US addresses typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location and the product. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In compliance with US consumer protection standards, we honor a 14-day return window for eligible items in original, unused condition.

7. CONSUMER RIGHTS (US)
