SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation 
(excluding weekends and US federal holidays). You will receive an email 
confirmation once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. 
We do not ship to US territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or PO Boxes 
at this time unless otherwise stated at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping (US): 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may 
occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond 
our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address 
and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available — check our 
website for current offers.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email within 
24–48 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly through 
the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of 
your order, please contact us at waleed.ad707@gmail.com.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
By Waleed is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed 
delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received 
your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting the carrier directly
- Filing a claim with the carrier if applicable

For damaged items upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of 
delivery at waleed.ad707@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we 
will work to resolve the issue promptly.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
As we ship from international suppliers, some packages may pass through 
US Customs. By Waleed covers all applicable import duties and fees for 
US orders — you will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. 
By Waleed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided 
address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at
